Our Shareholders

Social Impact Capital Ltd. (SIC) is the majority shareholder of CIRA Education, and owns an 88.7% stake in the company.

SIC was established in Malta in 1992 by the Egyptian El Kalla family, with the main purpose of enhancing Egypt’s education sector by acting as the investment arm of CIRA Education and conducting investments within the sector.

SIC’s Board of Directors is mainly comprised of members of the El Kalla family, in addition to other Egyptian figures who share the company’s core vision of elevating the education scene within Egypt.
